Fat: 39.75g | Prot: 45.57g | Carb: 135.65g.   Breakfast:  100% Pure Orange Juice, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat). Lunch:  Tuna Melt Sandwich, Virgil's Cream Soda. Dinner:  asian salad dressing, feta, salad, walnuts. Snacks/Other:  Ice Cream, Wafer or Cake Ice Cream Cone.
