Fat: 62.08g | Prot: 46.53g | Carb: 247.50g.   Breakfast:  Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat) , Simply Orange 100% Pure Orange Juice. Lunch:  A&W Restaurant Cheese Curds, Ranch Salad Dressing, A&W Cheese Fries (Side), A&W Restaurant Root Beer. Dinner:  tortilla chips, spanish rice, salsa, refried beans, cheese enchilada, green sauce, Coca-Cola Coco-Cola Classic (12 oz).
