Fat: 29.68g | Prot: 53.11g | Carb: 131.16g.   Breakfast:  100% Pure Orange Juice, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat). Lunch:  Abraham's Hummos, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing (Home Recipe), Pita Bread. Dinner:  Cheese Fondue, Fish taco, Flatbread pizza, Potato Chips. Snacks/Other:  Grapes.
