Fat: 71.37g | Prot: 69.45g | Carb: 77.41g.   Breakfast:  Honey, Scrambled Egg. Lunch:  Balsamic Vinegar, Carrots, Grilled Chicken, Mixed Salad Greens, Olive Oil. Dinner:  Baked Sweetpotato (Peel Not Eaten), Butter, Cooked Broccoli, Tilapia (Fish). Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Honey, Red Sweet Pepper.
