Fat: 40.22g | Prot: 56.85g | Carb: 188.51g.   Breakfast:  100% Pure Orange Juice, Au Bon Pain Confetti Cookie with M&M's, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat). Lunch:  Cantaloupe Melons, Mangos. Dinner:  asian salad dressing, Hot dog bun, Pasta salad, salad, Veggie brat, walnuts. Snacks/Other:  Haagen-Dazs Vanilla Caramel Sundae Cone.
