Fat: 39.36g | Prot: 64.43g | Carb: 166.58g.   Breakfast:  100% Pure Orange Juice, Chiquita Banana, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat). Lunch:  butter, fish, Plums. Dinner:  asian salad dressing, feta, Focaccia, Goats Cheese (Soft), parmesan cheese, pasta sauce, salad, Spaghetti Sauce, walnuts, whole grain pasta. Snacks/Other:  Godiva Chocolate Truffles.
