Fat: 39.38g | Prot: 51.28g | Carb: 142.56g.   Breakfast:  100% Pure Orange Juice, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat). Lunch:  Tuna Melt Sandwich, Nectarines. Dinner:  Minestrone Soup, walnuts, salad, asian salad dressing, Spaghetti Sauce, Goats Cheese (Soft), Focaccia. Snacks/Other:  mexicali Dip, Tortilla Corn Chips.
