Fat: 39.38g | Prot: 51.28g | Carb: 142.56g.   Breakfast:  100% Pure Orange Juice, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat). Lunch:  Nectarines, Tuna Melt Sandwich. Dinner:  asian salad dressing, Focaccia, Goats Cheese (Soft), Minestrone Soup, salad, Spaghetti Sauce, walnuts. Snacks/Other:  mexicali Dip, Tortilla Corn Chips.
