Fat: 66.57g | Prot: 59.88g | Carb: 213.81g.   Breakfast:  100% Pure Orange Juice, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Nectarines , Au Bon Pain White Chocolate Chunk Macadamia Nut Cookie. Lunch:  Tuna Melt Sandwich, Poutine, Lemonade. Dinner:  salad, feta, Oil & Vinegar Dressing, Deviled Egg, Clam Chowder, Coca-Cola Coco-Cola Classic (12 oz). Snacks/Other:  Ice Cream.
