Fat: 32.15g | Prot: 49.53g | Carb: 133.66g.   Breakfast:  Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Simply Orange 100% Pure Orange Juice, Nectarines. Lunch:  Tortilla Corn Chips, Mexicali dip, Mangos. Dinner:  fish, butter, Cooked Brussels Sprouts, Mashed Potatoes (Whole Milk and Butter Added), Green String Beans.
