Fat: 96.15g | Prot: 94.28g | Carb: 411.33g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Pacific Natural Foods Low Fat Almond Milk, Dole Frozen Mixed Fruit, Muscle Milk Banana Creme Protein Powder. Lunch:  Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Wing (Skin Eaten), Cooked Collards, Aunt Jemima Easy Mix Corn Bread, Red Beans and Rice. Dinner:  Wegmans Watermelon, Chicken Thigh Meat and Skin (Broilers or Fryers, Batter, Fried, Cooked), Knorr Teriyaki Noodles with Asian Style Vegetables, Aldi Teriyaki Stir Fry. Snacks/Other:  Wrigley Extra Sugar Free Gum - Polar Ice, Roasted Almonds, Publix Red Seedless Grapes, Plum, Belmont Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream, Joy Cone Ice Cream Cups, Trader Joe's White Corn Tortilla Chips, Animal Cracker.
