Fat: 67.16g | Prot: 46.71g | Carb: 135.29g.   Breakfast:  Cinnamon, Oats, Sugar, Tesco Semi-Skimmed Milk. Lunch:  Hovis Best of Both Medium, Ice Cream, Smooth Peanut Butter (with Salt). Dinner:  Asda Cheese Savoury Filler, Tesco White Bread Rolls. Snacks/Other:  Coffee with Milk, Jam Doughnut.
