Fat: 50.43g | Prot: 71.45g | Carb: 222.75g.   Breakfast:  Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes), Raisins, Bananas, Clover Honey, Orange Juice, True Almond Original, Blueberries . Lunch:  Raisins (Seedless) , Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added) , Latte Coffee. Dinner:  Corn On The Cob with Butter , Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Roasted Potato.
