Fat: 14.10g | Prot: 48.36g | Carb: 108.85g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Milk (2% Lowfat Without Added Vitamin A and Nonfat Solids), Nabisco Honey Maid Cinnamon Graham Crackers, Skippy Extra Crunchy Super Chunk Peanut Butter, Starbucks Nonfat Caffe Latte (Grande). Lunch:  Powerade Mountain Blast, Subway 6" Oven Roasted Chicken Breast.
