Fat: 76.21g | Prot: 62.74g | Carb: 188.43g.   Breakfast:  Post Shredded Wheat Spoon Size Wheat 'n Bran Cereal, Horizon Organic 2% Organic Reduced Fat Milk. Lunch:  Lettuce, Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), White Bread, Cherry Tomatoes, Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise. Dinner:  Bumble Bee Premium Albacore Tuna in Water (2.5 oz), Kraft 2% Milk American Cheese Singles, White Bread. Snacks/Other:  Cheetos Crunchy Cheetos, Dr. Pepper Dr. Pepper.
