Fat: 58.66g | Prot: 78.64g | Carb: 205.30g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat Potato Bread, Coffee, Fat Free Half & Half, Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch:  Cannellini Beans, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Mezzi Rigatoni, Tomatoes. Dinner:  100 Calorie Snack Pack, Classic Salsa Medium, Fat Free Sour Cream, Finely Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, Gimme Lean Ground Beef Style Veggie Protein, Original Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips. Snacks/Other:  Light & Fit Greek Raspberry, Light Beer (Can), Pineapple.
