Fat: 36.01g | Prot: 59.71g | Carb: 144.77g.   Breakfast:  Chicken Meat (Roasting, Roasted, Cooked), Milk (Whole Milk), White Rice. Lunch:  Hard-Boiled Egg, Lemons (with Peel). Dinner:  Fried Potatoes, Mangos. Snacks/Other:  Green Tea.
