Fat: 57.18g | Prot: 77.90g | Carb: 242.74g.   Breakfast:  Natural Yogurt Spread, Sweet Corn, Whole Wheat English Muffin. Lunch:  1/3 Lb Veggie Burger, Pepper Jack Monterey Jack with Jalapeno Peppers Cheese, Roasted Peppers, Whole Wheat Bun. Dinner:  Cherry Tomatoes, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Green String Beans, Rotisserie Chicken, White Beans (Mature Seeds, Canned), White Sweet Corn (Kernels On Cob, Without Salt, Frozen, Drained, Cooked, Boiled). Snacks/Other:  Double Barrel Ale, Popcorn.
