Fat: 57.18g | Prot: 77.90g | Carb: 242.74g.   Breakfast:  Whole Wheat English Muffin, Natural Yogurt Spread, Sweet Corn. Lunch:  1/3 Lb Veggie Burger, Pepper Jack Monterey Jack with Jalapeno Peppers Cheese, Whole Wheat Bun, Roasted Peppers. Dinner:  Cooked Green String Beans, Rotisserie Chicken, Cherry Tomatoes, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), White Beans (Mature Seeds, Canned), White Sweet Corn (Kernels On Cob, Without Salt, Frozen, Drained, Cooked, Boiled). Snacks/Other:  Popcorn, Double Barrel Ale.
