Fat: 94.23g | Prot: 66.36g | Carb: 183.26g.   Breakfast:  Kellogg's Special K Flatbread Breakfast Sandwich, Mountain Dew Diet Mountain Dew (20 oz Bottle). Lunch:  Tony's Pizza Pepperoni Original Crust Pizza, Ore-Ida Golden Crinkles French Fried Potatoes. Dinner:  Zucchini, Sabra Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Tostitos Multigrain Tortilla Chips, Frankfurter or Hot Dog with Chili and Cheese on Bun. Snacks/Other:  Jersey Mike's #7 Turkey Breast & Provolone on Wheat (Regular), Bojangles Sausage Biscuit.
