Dinner:  Watermelon, Dormen's Japanese Rice Crackers, Trader Joe's Bran Flakes, Milk (Nonfat). Snacks/Other:  Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Cheese Wedges, Toasted French or Vienna Bread (Includes Sourdough), Toasted French or Vienna Bread (Includes Sourdough).
