Fat: 41.27g | Prot: 91.75g | Carb: 253.68g.   Breakfast:  Almonds, Blueberries, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Dannon Oikos Greek Nonfat Yogurt - Plain, Hodgson Mill Milled Flax Seed, Thomas' Light Multi-Grain English Muffin. Lunch:  Apples, Jimmy John's #1 Pepe (No Cheese, No Mayo), Oranges, Peach. Dinner:  All Natural Mixed Vegetables, Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled), Light Zesty! Santa Fe Style Chicken Soup, Strawberry Smoothie Frozen Yogurt Bar. Snacks/Other:  Pistachio Nuts, Watermelon.
