Fat: 102.19g | Prot: 128.76g | Carb: 191.78g.   Breakfast:  Builder's Bar - Peanut Butter, Egg White Delight McMuffin. Lunch:  Big Mac, French Fries (Small). Dinner:  Ground Turkey, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Refried Beans (Canned) , Tortilla Corn Chips. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Chip Cookie, Natural Almonds 100 Calorie Pack, Power Crunch Peanut Butter Fudge Bar.
