Fat: 11.26g | Prot: 85.99g | Carb: 208.93g.   Breakfast:  Red Mill Rolled Oats, Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt, Bruegger's Whole Wheat Bagel. Lunch:  Zucchini, sprouts Garbanzo beans no salt added, President Fat Free Feta Cheese, Tomatoes, Pears , Baby Carrots , Plums. Dinner:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, President Feta Cheese, Beer, Zucchini , Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked) , Brussels Sprouts, Sea Best Ahi Tuna. Snacks/Other:  Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt, Clover Honey.
