Lunch:  Baby Carrots , Pears , Plums, President Fat Free Feta Cheese, sprouts Garbanzo beans no salt added, Tomatoes, Zucchini. Dinner:  Beer, Brussels Sprouts, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, President Feta Cheese, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked) , Sea Best Ahi Tuna, Zucchini . Snacks/Other:  Clover Honey, Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt.
