Fat: 75.95g | Prot: 117.48g | Carb: 262.56g.   Breakfast:  Builder's Bar - Peanut Butter. Lunch:  French Fries (Small), Fruit and Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal, Quarter Pounder Bacon Habanero Ranch. Dinner:  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Ground Turkey, Italian Salad Dressing (Fat Free) , Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Fruit 'n Yogurt Parfait, Power Crunch Peanut Butter Fudge Bar, Shot Blocks - Black Cherry, Thirst Quencher Lemon-Lime Instant Mix.
