Lunch:  Bell Peppers, Zucchini , Swiss Chard , Quinoa, Kale, Mushrooms. Dinner:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, President Feta Cheese, Zucchini , Asparagus , Cooked Carrots, Pork Chop. Snacks/Other:  Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt, Red Mill Rolled Oats, Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added) , Old Home Natural Peanut Butter.
