Lunch:  Bell Peppers, Kale, Mushrooms, Quinoa, Swiss Chard , Zucchini . Dinner:  Asparagus , Cooked Carrots, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Pork Chop, President Feta Cheese, Zucchini . Snacks/Other:  Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added) , Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt, Old Home Natural Peanut Butter, Red Mill Rolled Oats.
