Fat: 71.32g | Prot: 121.23g | Carb: 272.36g.   Breakfast:  Builder's Bar - Peanut Butter. Lunch:  French Fries (Small), Premium McWrap Sweet Chili Chicken (Grilled). Dinner:  Ground Turkey, Italian Salad Dressing (Fat Free) , Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Oil Popped White Popcorn, Refried Beans (Canned) , Tortilla Corn Chips. Snacks/Other:  Fruit 'n Yogurt Parfait, Ranger IPA.
