Lunch:  Bell Peppers, Pears , Plums , Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Swiss Chard , Tomatoes, Zucchini. Dinner:  Asparagus , Beer, Cooked Carrots, Cooked Summer Squash, Feta Cheese, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, pork chop. Snacks/Other:  Clover Honey, Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt, Oil Popped White Popcorn , Trader Joe's Chocolate Covered Edamame.
