Fat: 70.90g | Prot: 153.29g | Carb: 264.74g.   Breakfast:  Builder's Bar - Peanut Butter, Egg White Delight McMuffin. Lunch:  Chocolate Triple Thick Shake (12 oz), French Fries (Small), Ground Beef (Cooked), Fruit and Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal. Dinner:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Chicken Breast, Broccoli , Cooked Mushrooms. Snacks/Other:  Power Crunch Peanut Butter Fudge Bar, Thirst Quencher Lemon-Lime Instant Mix, Shot Blocks - Black Cherry, Builder's Bar - Chocolate, Corn Flakes.
