Fat: 86.22g | Prot: 141.36g | Carb: 239.53g.   Breakfast:  Builder's Bar - Peanut Butter. Lunch:  Ground Beef (Cooked), Bacon, French Fries (Small), Chocolate Triple Thick Shake (12 oz), Premium McWrap Sweet Chili Chicken (Grilled). Dinner:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Italian Salad Dressing (Fat Free) , Brown Rice, Cooked Mushrooms, Atlantic and Pacific Halibut. Snacks/Other:  Fruit 'n Yogurt Parfait, Power Crunch Peanut Butter Fudge Bar, Baked! Cheetos Crunchy Cheese Flavored Snacks, Super Chunk Reduced Fat Peanut Butter, Chewy Granola Bars - Chocolate Chip, Sea Salt Brown Rice Crackers.
