Lunch:  Cream Substitute (Liquid), Grapes, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Sweet Cherries. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Trout, Butter, Heavy Cream, Onions, Quinoa (Cooked), Roasted Chinese Chestnuts, Syrup. Snacks/Other:  Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, Milk Chocolate Candies.
