Dinner:  Japanese Seaweed Salad (Wakame), Rainbow Roll, Tuna Nigiri. Snacks/Other:  Nonfat Frozen Yogurt, Power Crunch Peanut Butter Fudge Bar, Shot Blocks - Black Cherry.
