Fat: 90.16g | Prot: 74.23g | Carb: 241.75g.   Breakfast:  White Bread, Cream Cheese, Beef Bologna, Trader Joe's Shredded Hash Browns, Tomatoes, Feta Cheese. Lunch:  Plain Yogurt, White Bread, Egg Yolk, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat). Dinner:  Uno Chicago Grill Baby Back Ribs, Light Beer, Flour Tortilla. Snacks/Other:  Jamba Juice Tropical Harvest (Original), Milk Chocolate Candies, White Table Wine.
