Fat: 102.72g | Prot: 121.30g | Carb: 260.82g.   Breakfast:  Builder's Bar - Peanut Butter, Egg White Delight McMuffin, Hash Brown. Lunch:  Fruit and Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal, Hamburger. Dinner:  Beef Steak, Italian Salad Dressing (Fat Free) , Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Potato Chips (Salted) , Shot Blocks - Black Cherry, Thirst Quencher Lemon-Lime Instant Mix.
