Fat: 85.11g | Prot: 69.02g | Carb: 272.47g.   Breakfast:  25% Less Sugar Chocolate Powder, Chocolate Truffles, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless) , Milk (Nonfat) , Nectarines , Strawberries . Lunch:  Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Thigh with Skin (Skin/Coating Eaten), Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Wing with Skin, Cool Ranch Tortilla Chips, Fried Floured or Breaded Perch, Macaroni or Pasta Salad, Medium Salsa, Potato Salad, Vanilla Cupcake with Milk Chocolate Frosting Mix. Snacks/Other:  2% Fat Milk, Bhuja, Milk Chocolate Kisses.
