Fat: 85.11g | Prot: 69.02g | Carb: 272.47g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Nonfat) , 25% Less Sugar Chocolate Powder, Nectarines , Strawberries , Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless) , Chocolate Truffles. Lunch:  Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Thigh with Skin (Skin/Coating Eaten), Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Wing with Skin, Potato Salad, Macaroni or Pasta Salad, Fried Floured or Breaded Perch, Cool Ranch Tortilla Chips, Medium Salsa, Vanilla Cupcake with Milk Chocolate Frosting Mix. Snacks/Other:  2% Fat Milk, Bhuja, Milk Chocolate Kisses.
