Fat: 134.09g | Prot: 90.69g | Carb: 157.96g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Heavy Whipping Cream, Walnuts, Steel Cut Oatmeal, Butter. Lunch:  Chicken Broth (Better Than Bouillon). Dinner:  Ground Beef Patties, Homestyle Baked Beans, Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese.
