Fat: 123.89g | Prot: 83.08g | Carb: 70.56g.   Breakfast:  Butter, Coffee, Heavy Cream, Steel Cut Irish Oatmeal, Walnuts. Lunch:  Chicken Broth (Better Than Bouillon). Dinner:  Big Bleu Cheese Dressing & Dip, Celery, Chicken, Cos or Romaine Lettuce.
