Fat: 123.89g | Prot: 83.08g | Carb: 70.56g.   Breakfast:  Walnuts, Heavy Cream, Coffee, Butter, Steel Cut Irish Oatmeal. Lunch:  Chicken Broth (Better Than Bouillon). Dinner:  Celery, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Big Bleu Cheese Dressing & Dip, Chicken.
