Lunch:  Goats Cheese (Soft) , Tomatoes, Pears , Cooked Egg White, Swiss Chard , Mushrooms , Bell Peppers, Quinoa , Clementines, Plums. Dinner:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, President Feta Cheese, Beer, Zucchini , Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked) , Frieda's Baby Bok Choy, Sea Best Ahi Tuna. Snacks/Other:  Clover Honey, Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt, Cashew Nuts.
