Lunch:  Bell Peppers, Clementines, Cooked Egg White, Goats Cheese (Soft) , Mushrooms , Pears , Plums, Quinoa , Swiss Chard , Tomatoes. Dinner:  Beer, Frieda's Baby Bok Choy, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, President Feta Cheese, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked) , Sea Best Ahi Tuna, Zucchini .
