Fat: 66.90g | Prot: 79.85g | Carb: 140.72g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Tomatoes, Butter, White Bread. Lunch:  Bulgur (Cooked), Egg, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Taco or Tostada with Beef, Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato and Salsa, Beer, Chicken Drumstick. Snacks/Other:  Oatmeal Cookies, Ice Cream.
