Fat: 66.90g | Prot: 79.85g | Carb: 140.72g.   Breakfast:  Butter, Egg, Tomatoes, White Bread. Lunch:  Bulgur (Cooked), Egg, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Beer, Chicken Drumstick, Taco or Tostada with Beef, Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato and Salsa. Snacks/Other:  Ice Cream, Oatmeal Cookies.
