Fat: 82.66g | Prot: 101.21g | Carb: 320.16g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Instant), Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A & D), Raisin Bran Crunch, Trop50 Juice (50% Less Sugar, No pulp, Calcium + vitamin D) (Tropicana Beverages), Weight Management Sugar Free Strawberry. Lunch:  Beef, Coco-Cola Classic (12 oz), Crab Rangoons. Dinner:  Elbow Macaroni Pasta, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Light Ranch Dressing, Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Pesto Alla Genovese - Basil Pesto, Tossed Salad. Snacks/Other:  Chewy Lowfat Granola Bars, Coffee, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A & D), Nonfat Blueberry Greek Yogurt.
