Fat: 116.73g | Prot: 88.97g | Carb: 191.00g.   Breakfast:  Egg, White Bread, Toasted White Bread, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Refried Beans (Canned), Feta Cheese. Lunch:  Chicken Drumstick, Guacamole, Tortilla Corn Chips, Jelly Doughnut. Dinner:  Tortilla Corn Chips, Guacamole, Flour Tortilla, Baked Breaded or Battered Fish, Mayonnaise. Snacks/Other:  Beer, Milk Chocolate Candies.
