Fat: 50.51g | Prot: 59.80g | Carb: 238.35g.   Breakfast:  Jyoti Mung Dal, Lactaid 100% Lactose Free Fat Free Milk, Stop & Shop Miami Onion Rolls. Dinner:  Cooked Okra (Fat Added in Cooking), Kawan Food Chapati, Pineapple, Whole Milk Plain Yogurt. Snacks/Other:  Dill, Milka Alpine Milk Chocolate with Hazelnuts, parle g biscuit, Stop & Shop Miami Onion Rolls.
