Fat: 82.26g | Prot: 76.21g | Carb: 194.52g.   Breakfast:  Whole Wheat Bread, Feta Cheese, Chicken Liver Pate (Canned), Bologna, Tomatoes, Trader Joe's Olive Tapenade, Mozzarella Cheese. Lunch:  Mayonnaise, Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Cooked Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans and Carrots), Cream Substitute (Liquid). Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Trout, Bulgur (Cooked), Chicken Liver Pate (Canned). Snacks/Other:  Pirate's Booty Baked Rice and Corn Puffs - Veggie, Oatmeal Cookies, Light Beer.
