Fat: 116.48g | Prot: 77.00g | Carb: 57.25g.   Breakfast:  Fried Egg, Bacon (Cured, Broiled, Pan-Fried or Roasted, Cooked), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), International Delight Sugar Free French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, Sugar in the Raw Stevia in The Raw (Packet). Lunch:  Hard-Boiled Egg, Ranch Salad Dressing, Lettuce, Chop't Red Onion, Cucumber (with Peel). Dinner:  Equality Fresh Spinach, Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits, Ocean Spray Craisins Dried Cranberries, T. Marzetti Sweet & Sour Dressing, Boiled Egg, Chicken Thigh, Cooked Garlic. Snacks/Other:  Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Kraft Natural Mozzarella String Cheese, Pickled Sausage.
