Fat: 116.48g | Prot: 77.00g | Carb: 57.25g.   Breakfast:  Bacon (Cured, Broiled, Pan-Fried or Roasted, Cooked), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Fried Egg, International Delight Sugar Free French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, Sugar in the Raw Stevia in The Raw (Packet). Lunch:  Chop't Red Onion, Cucumber (with Peel), Hard-Boiled Egg, Lettuce, Ranch Salad Dressing. Dinner:  Boiled Egg, Chicken Thigh, Cooked Garlic, Equality Fresh Spinach, Ocean Spray Craisins Dried Cranberries, Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits, T. Marzetti Sweet & Sour Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Kraft Natural Mozzarella String Cheese, Pickled Sausage.
