Fat: 83.86g | Prot: 98.95g | Carb: 194.37g.   Breakfast:  Whole Wheat Bread, Chicken Liver Pate (Canned), Chicken Sausage, California Avocados, Cooked Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans and Carrots), Mozzarella Cheese. Lunch:  Crepes filled with Meat, Fish or Poultry (with Sauce), Archer Farms Garlic Aioli, Cream Substitute (Liquid). Dinner:  Skinless Chicken Breast, Bulgur (Cooked), Tomatoes, Chicken Liver Pate (Canned), White Bread. Snacks/Other:  Ice Cream, Beer, Trader Joe's Baklava Ensemble, Tangerine, Sweet or Dark Chocolate.
