Fat: 83.86g | Prot: 98.95g | Carb: 194.37g.   Breakfast:  California Avocados, Chicken Liver Pate (Canned), Chicken Sausage, Cooked Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans and Carrots), Mozzarella Cheese, Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Archer Farms Garlic Aioli, Cream Substitute (Liquid), Crepes filled with Meat, Fish or Poultry (with Sauce). Dinner:  Bulgur (Cooked), Chicken Liver Pate (Canned), Skinless Chicken Breast, Tomatoes, White Bread. Snacks/Other:  Beer, Ice Cream, Sweet or Dark Chocolate, Tangerine, Trader Joe's Baklava Ensemble.
