Fat: 83.06g | Prot: 63.94g | Carb: 200.57g.   Breakfast:  Frankfurter or Hot Dog, Whole Wheat Bread, Mayonnaise, Cooked Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans and Carrots), Feta Cheese, Tomatoes. Lunch:  Pretzels, Apricots, Chicken Liver Pate (Canned), Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Taco or Tostada with Beef, Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato and Salsa, Olive Oil. Snacks/Other:  Ice Cream, Beer, Trader Joe's Baklava Ensemble.
