Fat: 83.06g | Prot: 63.94g | Carb: 200.57g.   Breakfast:  Cooked Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans and Carrots), Feta Cheese, Frankfurter or Hot Dog, Mayonnaise, Tomatoes, Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Apricots, Chicken Liver Pate (Canned), Pretzels, Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Olive Oil, Taco or Tostada with Beef, Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato and Salsa. Snacks/Other:  Beer, Ice Cream, Trader Joe's Baklava Ensemble.
