Fat: 74.57g | Prot: 106.09g | Carb: 263.21g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Whole Wheat Bread, Refried Beans (Canned). Lunch:  Corn Flakes, Honey, 2% Fat Milk, Whole Wheat Bread, Bologna, Mozzarella Cheese. Dinner:  Lamb Leg (Sirloin Half, Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat, Choice Grade), Bulgur (Cooked). Snacks/Other:  Ice Cream, Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, Trader Joe's Baklava Ensemble, Odwalla Original Superfood Juice.
