Fat: 74.57g | Prot: 106.09g | Carb: 263.21g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Refried Beans (Canned), Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  2% Fat Milk, Bologna, Corn Flakes, Honey, Mozzarella Cheese, Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Bulgur (Cooked), Lamb Leg (Sirloin Half, Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat, Choice Grade). Snacks/Other:  Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, Ice Cream, Odwalla Original Superfood Juice, Trader Joe's Baklava Ensemble.
