Fat: 70.09g | Prot: 68.01g | Carb: 62.53g.   Lunch:  Athenos Natural Crumbled Feta Cheese, Aunt Nellie's Pickled Beets, Avocado, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Dole Very Veggie Salad, Mezzetta Super Colossal Spanish Queen Pimiento Stuffed Green Olives, Pickled Cauliflower, T. Marzetti Roasted Garlic Italian Vinaigrette Dressing. Dinner:  Giorgio Portabella Mushroom Caps, turkey cauliflower hash, Yancey's Fancy Hot Wasabi Horseradish Aged Cheddar Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Atkins Advantage Caramel Chocolate Peanut Nougat Bar.
