Lunch:  Swiss Cheese, Fresh Ham, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Radishes, Hormel Real Bacon Bits 50% Less Fat, Great Value Honey Mustard Dressing & Dip, Cucumber (with Peel), Celery. Dinner:  Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Shrimp, Zucchini, Summer Squash, Trader Joe's 10 Minute Farro. Snacks/Other:  Pear, Blueberries, Chobani Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (Container), Strawberries, Apples, Trader Joe's Raw Sliced Almonds.
