Lunch:  Celery, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Cucumber (with Peel), Fresh Ham, Great Value Honey Mustard Dressing & Dip, Hormel Real Bacon Bits 50% Less Fat, Radishes, Swiss Cheese. Dinner:  Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Shrimp, Summer Squash, Trader Joe's 10 Minute Farro, Zucchini. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Blueberries, Chobani Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (Container), Pear, Strawberries, Trader Joe's Raw Sliced Almonds.
