Lunch:  with Chicken Without Dressing Tossed Vegetable Salad Fast Foods, Couscous (Cooked), Tirma Tirma Chocolate \wafer. Dinner:  Apples, Pears, Hard-Boiled Egg, Walkers Baked Ready Salted Crisps, Chicken Wing. Snacks/Other:  Ham and Cheese Sandwich.
