Fat: 56.28g | Prot: 75.30g | Carb: 206.26g.   Breakfast:  Orange Juice, Peanut Butter, Whole Wheat English Muffin. Lunch:  Couscous (Cooked), Tirma Tirma Chocolate \wafer, with Chicken Without Dressing Tossed Vegetable Salad Fast Foods. Dinner:  Apples, Chicken Wing, Hard-Boiled Egg, Pears, Walkers Baked Ready Salted Crisps. Snacks/Other:  Ham and Cheese Sandwich.
