Fat: 60.63g | Prot: 52.99g | Carb: 183.84g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, General Mills Fruity Cheerios. Lunch:  Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Frozen), Five Guys Little Bacon Burger. Dinner:  Chianti Wine, Cupcake with Icing, Healthy Choice Italian Sausage Pasta Bake. Snacks/Other:  Ben & Jerry's Mint Chocolate Chunk Ice Cream, Rum and Cola.
