Fat: 114.80g | Prot: 75.57g | Carb: 222.98g.   Breakfast:  Chicken Sausage, Cream Cheese, Egg, Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Mixed Nuts, Pretzels. Dinner:  Butter, Lasagna with Chicken or Turkey, Penne, Red Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill Baklava, Sweet or Dark Chocolate.
